For orders under £70, the base shipping fee is £5.50, excluding islands and remote areas, where a separate fee is calculated at checkout based on the provided postal code (additional charge: £8).

We deliver our products within 2-7 business days with standard shipping. Delivery times refer to the time it takes for the package to reach its destination after leaving our warehouses.

What are the processing times?

  • Main Warehouse: The order is processed the same day (or the next business day) if the item is available in the main warehouse.

  • External Warehouses: If the item is stored in an external warehouse, processing may take 4-5 business days.

  • Special Order Items: Some products are ordered from suppliers only upon customer request (usually for expensive or less common items). Processing for these may take up to 15 business days, excluding peak seasons or holiday closures.
